I had two weeks holiday from work, couldnt have gone back any sooner, I had unders and was in quite some pain for the first week. If you have overs you tend to recover a litte quicker x

im a care manager and your boss should be letting u have as much time off as you need, never mind just two weeks. If u produce a sick note from your doctor then he has no option but to honour it. i had an umbilical hernia last year and had to have 6 weeks off. im having my op tomorro but im still on maternity leave so im ok, but id say you need atleast four weeks off, or if he insists you go back, then u must be on light duties, no moving and handling etc xx
