Kirsties, you need to take it easy, with unders especially if you do too much too soon you risk moving the implant as the muscle is still very tight.

You will also find that if you don’t give your body time to heal this will take longer and you will feel achy for weeks. With lifting and stretching your arms too far you also run the risk of tearing your scar, intenal and external.

You shouldn’t be reaching to wash your own hair so soon after unders, i would suggest you ask a friend or relative to do it or go to a hairdressers.

Please rest, it’s not worth spending all this money and then running the risk of ruining the look of your boobs!!!

I know, it’s so hard! I’ve not been able to even cuddle my two as them pressing on my boobs is so painful, we are doing shoulder hugs!

Hey, I am due to have my op on 15th and am concerned about lifting my 16 month old after the op… The inlaws are looking after the kids for 2 days but after that it is down to me and my hubby… unfortunately my baby is at the age where she only wants her mammy and wants lifing all the time… It is worrying when they say not to lift for 6 weeks.. Although it is not the same I has 2 c sections on my kids, the first was an emergency while the second on was planned. After the planned one I felt good and started lifting the carry tot at about 2 weeks and ended up pulling something and going backwards in my recovery so I am consious for this op that I am going to do as little lifting as possible to prevent any set backs!

I went to the hairdressers to have my hair washed after 3 days. I carried on as normal as my boyfriend went back to work the day after my op. He works away n only came back 3 days after that so I had no choice but to carry on lol. I went to a surprise party 10 days after my op n i was fine x :-)
