caspular contracture…anyone on here had it?

Hey girls, just wondered if anyone had it and what were the signs of it? My right boob is playing silly buggers, and is just still rock solid painful and so different to my left one! I’m onnly like9 days po so its early days but I’m just worrying myself,

One of mine was way more painful than the other for the first week or so – feel like something wasn’t quite right but think it was just different healing rates as they both feel the same now. They started to feel more normal around 2 week I think. x
