Just did the rice test and I think the 410’s are gonna b too big. So I think I’ll go for the 380’s as they’ll be more manageable with regards to lifestyle.

    I’m 5″1 34a size 8-10 anyone with similar stats got 380cc overs?

I’m 4ft 11 size 8-10 and just got 350cc overs this week. I did the rice test before hand and it was pretty accurate for me (though with volume not weight – not sure which is the correct version!).

everyone has told me rice boobs come up bigger than implants. i like the look of my 380 rice boobs to everyone has recommended i get the 410s. i’m a 30a and size 6 xx

Thanks bek10 I’ll add u. Will there b much difference looks size wise between overs and unders. Helena advised overs for quicker healing time which is an important factor for me.

I did it on volume so 410ccs of rice = 410 ml. Maybe try that and see if its vastly different from the weight… :-/ Everyone always says go for the biggest your offered on here, but I was consious of not wanting them to get in the way of gym/dancing/running etc lol.

all i know is that unders give a more natural look but the recovery for me personally was difficult and took me 2wks to feel back to normal so if a quick recovery is important and your surgeon says you can have either then go with overs :-) iv seen some fab results with overs!! i didnt have a choice anyway as i didnt have much breat tissue to start xx

    Menu

Bsclp118 that is exactly my issue lol! When I train I do a lot of jumping so I don’t want to risk sagging and in dance I often us the floor I’m thinking will the 410’s be too big to roll about the floor with hahaha!! I think I’ll try volume and see how that is. Thanks :) xx

in all honesty im still struggling to decide, mr singh wants me to have 410s but wrote 380s to give me some choice- wish he hadn’t of would have been easier haha. im having overs too xx

I wanted unders but Helena made me have overs to correct tubular shape, happy with results so far but only 5 days PO! If you’ve told her the look your after and she hasn’t insisted on one placement over the other you’re probably fine with overs, theres advantages/disadvantages to both types anyway. The one thing about going for bigger implants is I think theres a bigger risk of rippling/double bubble/ capsular contraction etc above 400cc implants. Thats what a surgeon told me anyway, although some of the girls of here have had amazing results with bigger implants.

@shelby84 i have some pictures of testing my rice boobs if you want to look? im 5.7 and only a 6- can fit into 4’s on top have no boobs at all. they dont look ridiculous on, but i must admit they are heavy. but everyone has said you get used to it xx

    Menu

    Thanks @jade224 I’ve added u

Bsclp118 Helena didn’t really giv me the choice of unders, she said she doesn’t really like doing them cs it’s more painful and because I’ll need to be able to move about (I teach zumba etc) ASAP then overs will b best cs they heal quicker.

Hmmm complications like rippling etc doesn’t appeal to me, that may influence my decision

think you can get rippling with under and overs, im worried about getting rippling too but trust your surgeon they know whats best. will accept you now xx

I just remade my rice boobs using volume instead of grams and there was a massive difference so I’m thinking 410’s now…..aaargh I dunno can’t decide lol! Xx

The rice test is seriously inaccurate!!! Mine looked huge with rice and probably half the size in real life! I had unders though xx

    Menu

theres not that big a difference so if the surgeon doesn’t see a problem with the bigger ones I’d go for them. The volume/weight thing does make a big difference, but implants are measured in volume so I think its correct to measure in volume… could be wrong though :-/, was pretty accurate for me though.

I’ve done a bit of research and apparently it’s ml as opposed to grams. You have to put the rice in a jug as opposed to scales, is this true?? xx

    Menu

Ha kiki1, got you on the rice test lol, i was told grams by my pc but maybe she wasn’t right

I was told ladies that if I liked a size with rice then go the next size up for implant as you lose something like 10-15% of the size one their in and about 20% of the size If you have unders as they look different over the top of your boobs to what they’d project inside your breast pocket. I loved the 460 lokk so have gone for tge 525’s and i did the rice test using ml and grams xxx Hope this helps. Xxx

Thanks peeps. I think I’m gonna stick with the 410’s if u lose a bit “rice size” once there actually in. Don’t wana end up whinging that I wished I gon for the bigger.

Thanks for all ur advice girls :D xx
