Has anyone else had problems due to V12 pulling their finance of surgical procedures? My op’s all booked for March and ive had a call saying theyve secured me funding with a new company but that the terms of the loan have now changed. This in itself is frustrating enough but was willing to go with this until they said that ive also got to pay an extra £95 as an admin fee! Mya have said they will not cover this expense for me as a good will gesture and not only that they might not repay the £150 deposit I have already paid should I change my mind about using them for my surgery! Surely this is out of order, it is MYA who are changing the terms of the contract I signed up to not me. I was so impressed with MYA when I started my journey but the attitude of the staff has rapidly changed since I have raised these issues with them. Any help or advice would be welcomed.
