Changing dressings at home 2 wks PO

So I’m 15 days post op, Nipple lift & 325/350cc HP unders with Dr Fiumara & finally got to have that long awaited shower!!!! Quick question, had my dressings taken off & had the flesh coloured tape put on yesterday at my 2wk PO with the nurse, she said all good to go with the showering & gave me the tape, said to change the dressing daily. Totally forgot to ask her whether I have to change each time I get it wet (eg: every shower am/pm) or literally just once a day??

I left it last night as the nurse changed it at lunchtime, put on fresh this morning & have left on after this evenings shower, it dries almost instantly without me touching it but super paranoid of infection & wet dressings!

Any advice? Xx

I didn’t have lift Hun but I’d change once wet and if your showering and washing hair and sulking soaps the dressing are gonna hold the soaps and stuff and you would be st risk of infection so I would shower then take off probs pat drying soft then put clean dressing on xxx
