changing shape/size

i would ike some advice of people who had their uplift/implant a while ago..i had mine on thursday (so 5 days post op) 300cc overs..i am very pleased with the shape at the moment although i am concise there is a lot of swelling etc…this may sound strange but will they go bigger as they heal, as i am much rounder but still measuring the same size and they are still swollen….was expecting to be at least a DD when all healed..thanks
