check ups!

I had my BA nearly 4months ago i have had my 6 week check up and was wondering if you have a 3 month check and if so do you get in touch with MYA ? I have had no follow up calls since my 6 week check can anyone advise .

hiya i had my 6 week check the other day and mr traynor told me i wouldnt get any mre checks but if i needed him just to get in contact x x x

My pc told me i would get a check at 7 days 6 weeks 3 months 6 months then yearly
