hi hun i have just had an uplift and reduction for the same reason!

i m as size 10-12 my boobs have always been 34f, and i have always had trouble getting ‘nice’ clothes to fit i sometimes just had to get size 14-16 so that it would fit rounf my boobs biut then baggy on my tummy.

im sure with implants your boobs will be up where they should be (where as mine werent) so i was unable to wear boob tube/boob tube dresses.

some dresses do have a good booby section eg lipsy dresses just fit me if i get a size 12 but is tight round the boobs.

i wouldnt go too big if i were you, this is what im trying to get away from which is why i have had a reduction and uplift!!

    good luck

Ive been looking at Pepperberry dresses for after my op. They are the clothing company attatched to Bravissimo underwear. They do curvy, super curvy etc sizes so you can buy a 12 dress which is one or two sizes bigger round your boobs. I cant say if they are any good because I dont have anything to fill the dress with yet but they looked good from the website. Maybe someone on here has tried them????

I measure a 32ff now (was a b before) and can fit into my old size 8 and 10 tops. The only real prob I find is that the vests with thin straps tend to gape and show the side of my bra. I have long hair so can cover this but it’s not the best thing. Also, i used to be able to wear any halterneck or maxi dress i picked up, but now the top/ chest part is not big enough to cover me properly. so i end up looking fat (the rest of the dress hangs off my boobs – hard to explain). Just have a good shopping session after your op and you’ll soon figure out what you can and can’t wear. Don’t base your size decision on clothing, because your sense of style will change with time anyway xx
