The plain cotton white M&S ones are super comfy and supportive without digging in, you can make the straps at the back cross over for better support.

I also have a Triumph one which is so comfy and the straps are velcro so no digging in.

    Macom are the best.

They are quite pricey but you will never look back.

If you enter “mybreast” in the discount box you will get 15% off.

They are also good as they aren’t set bra sizes, Just small medium large and they have expandable cups. So you dont have to worry about them squashing your new boobs too much or anything :)

M&S zip up front sports bra. I wear mine every night still now and I’m nearly 10 weeks post op. I love it. And it’s half the price than a Macom :) xx

Mine isnt zip up from M&S although the zip up gets good reviews on here!

I loved my Macoms but only for the first week or so, after about 10 days and when I went back to work they started to itch me – think my body had enough of them, then I moved onto the M&S ones and the Triumph one. Then I got some nonwired M&S tshirt type bras as they looked better under my clothes at work :-)

Let me see if I can find a link to the M&S ones and the Triumph one for you…….x

this would help me loads too! i keep alternating between 2 different sized sports bras because they are driving me up the wall wearing them all the time! does everyone wear them constantly? xx

This the Triumph one but I got it in black from this website (doesnt look like they do black anymore) its great where the straps are velcro you can really strap yourself up for bed!

misssparkerclarke – how many days PO did you stop wearing your sports bra to work? i’m back at work now and i’m 8days PO and this bra is quite possibly the most irritating thing in the world. I’m now sleeping in one size and wearing a different size to work just for a change xx

These are the non wired ones which are good to wear during the day or if you want a better outline under your clothes until you can wear wire, although after 9 weeks I was dying to wear wire bras and get some good support!

I was the same, I really couldnt find something that comfortable or the ones that were comfortable left marks over my body!! It was only once I got to wired bras (after 10 weeks) that I felt better and then the wired ones took some getting used to after not wearing wire for so long!

I think its just trial and error finding what feels best!

Megsx87 – I was about 10 days PO when I stopped wearing the Macom to work, it just didnt look right under some of my clothes! Thats when I bought the non wire t shirt bras for work and slept in a sports one at night. I still sleep in one at night now and then.

I do admit I loved my Macom for the first 10 days, it was so comfortable and really kept everything in place when I felt a bit top heavy!! Just towards the end under my clothes and coming to work they really started to irritate my skin.

The M&S t shirt ones are good although I found where they dont have wire they bunch up a bit but like I said its really just about trying all different things and seeing what feels good.

Sports bras at night are good but I didnt wear them during the day, not when I had to come to work as they just reveal too much under clothes (nipples!).

megsx87 – you look identical to me size wise! What size did you have and what surgeon? x

i had 525s with mr traynor, i’m 8 days po now. normally wearing a 36f sports bra but bigger to sleep in at the moment. how about u?

haha i totally understand the work and nipples thing, i am wearing loose tops to hide them! defo visiting m&s this weekend! xx

I had 295s but measure up at a 28FF/30G that was when I got measured at Bravissimo. Other bras Ive been wearing a D cup. Thats what I asked for…..

My boyfriend went and bought me some nipple coverings as they were so bad one day, I cant walk round my office like that!

ah cool, what size were u before hand if u dont mind me asking? i can’t wait to get measured!!!

    Menu

Around a 32B, I was a D before I stopped taking the pill then they shrunk.

I know I couldnt wait to get measured and start wearing normal bras, I wasnt expecting a FF/G though!!!! Was well chuffed :-)
