Communication

Is anyone else finding when you email it takes days for them to get back; that’s if they do? 🙁 I don’t wana moan at all cause the company I’m really happy with and my PC is a total babe! Just finding communication a little frustrating atm 🙁 xx

Personally no, I email both harley and hollie and they’re amazing with replies. Maybe your pc is super busy x

Tbh when I have questions, I have a look on here, nearly always someone has already asked and I trust the girls on here waayy more than my PC! X

Yeah this is good for answers, but the PC has access to a nurse for like medical questions and stuff!! And like payment or whatever you can only really talk to them! xx

My pc always replies to emails and calls so its unfortunate that some of you ladies arnt getting the same kind of service

Mine is touch and go really. I have harley and she is lovely but not brill on replying to emails. I do love mya as a whole but I do find them a bit ott with the appointment reminders. I paid in full on the day so dont have any hassle there but I have spoke to other girls that felt mya was all about the money and once they got it they stopped contact. At the end of the day its the surgeon doing the op not mya so im happy I have dr traynor xxx

communication has been rubbish for me too, my friend said she was texting with hers day and night, i’m lucky if mine replies- gutted as shes so lovely – i didnt even get to see her at my surgeon app 🙁

Live two hours from not leave!

The Pc I had 1st was amazing… But she has now left…. My pc is useless now, I was promised a call back a week ago regarding revision after seeing Mr Singh on the monday. its been a week and I have called 4 times…. Still nothing! It’s not nice when surgery doesn’t go correct, and when mya don’t have the decency to contact you it makes things a lot worse.

thankfully my PC (Krystina) was amazing and even text me after my op to make sure i was okay and stuff and made me feel at ease, however i do know of other cases where the PC’s haven’t been all that helpful xx

My PC is AMAZING really thoughtful and is resasuring and always in conta t could do more for me (Amy)

My PC Sophie (Chelmsford) is great. She is at the other end of the phone day and night and weekends no matter what time!

Don’t even get me started, their patient care once they have your money is laughable. I’ve been utterly appalled to be honest! X
