complaints system

Hi ladies.

so after my awful meeting with mr c I am having to go down the complaints route, I have to wait to see mr singh for a second opinion and have filed my written complaint,does anyone know how long this all actually takes? X

I’m not sure chick but I’ve followed your story and the treatment you’ve had is disgusting. All I’ll say is keep on at them and don’t stand for any more crap!!!

once Transform recieve your complaints letter they MUST reply within 20 working days. I had to go down this route so if you need any help just give me a shout!

If Mr Singh works in the same clinic as your ps he may not want to stand on his toes, if you know what i mean? from my experience I had to travel to a diff clinic to get an unbiased view.

who done your surgery? what is your complication? if you dont mind me asking – im new to this forum.

If it helps I saw mr c for my first consultation and mr s when I changed my op date and mr s did not agree with what mr c had told me at all, he seems a very honest and genuine man
