COMPLETELY Off Subject but Need Help…

I’m really sorry about this, but I’m stuck at work and don’t know who else to ask.

I upgraded my phone yesterday to a Blackberry Torch… at the Carphone Warehouse, I told them I wanted to keep my number so they gave me an o2 sim card to change to once my old sim stops working.

So there I am at work, and my old sim stops working. So I swapped it for my new sim… now it’s saying that the sim is not provisioned and I can’t text or anything!!!

I tried contacting o2 and they said they can’t help as it was given to me by The Carphone Warehouse… WTF?! Now what I do I do?? I can’t go all day without my phone!!

It also says that if you put your new sim in without getting a PAC from your old sim… then you’re basically fucked and can’t keep your old number. GREAT.

bit different but when i was changing from vodafone to 02 i had to ring and get a pac code from vodafone and give it to 02 for them to sort and they changed it in a certain amount of time, maybe try ringing carphone warehouse and ask them who you need to ring to get the pac code x
