hi

i recently joined this forum, i havent had my consulation yet but i got it booked in this saturday! ia a size 6 and im 5ft 6 and currnetly a 30b or sometimes a 32b , i dont want large breast just full c’s maybe and im thinking of tear drop style.

also the over and under muscle thing completly baffles me?

any advice for my consulation or surgeons for recommendation

Hi. New 2. Having 460’s on 22nd may, low profiles, currently empty 32d & worried what there gonna look like as only 5′ 1′ and a size 8!! Do u no anyone else who’s had low profiles?? Thanks

Implants can be placed under of over the muscle. Unders tend to be used in girls with little breast tissue as using overs in these cases can mean the edge of the implant is seen through the skin.

Make sure you ask plenty of questions when you see a surgeon. You will want to discuss the different types of implant and get them to explain the pros and cons to each. You will want to know what size implant they are going to use to get the look you are after. Take photos with you to help explain what you want. I asked all sorts of things like what type of suture material do they use and will I have drains (I’m having an uplift too!). Have a look on the site and see what you think but as I said they do a friend referral scheme and if you mention a name of someone who has referred you, £150 is taken off the price of your surgery. Just let me know if you decide to use my name!!

I wouldn’t go for tear drop hun cause after time they can turn and look funny. I am also a size 6 and 5″6. I am having 410.vthey are going to be unders cause. I haven’t got much breast tissue. I am a 32a/aa at the mo and this will take me to around a 32dd/e hopefullyas fake boobs look smaller than natural 1s. Feel free to add me if you want xx

Hey hun, anatomical (tear drop) implants are only really used on girls with very very little tissue, MYA try and refrain from using them as they can turn in the pocket and the breast can end up looking an odd shape etc xx

you can still get a nutural look without teardrops, my surgeon told me unders will give a natural slope coz the implants under the muscle but i actualy think the unders make them look faker coz they dont jiggle and move as freely but maybe this will change in time! Take pics to ur consultation of ones you like AND ones you dont like, just so he defo knows what u dont want and what u do! xx

Im a size 6, was a 32B before, I got 295 overs as I had quite a bit of breast tissue to work with. I had no idea about the overs and unders until I saw my surgeon and he decided. Best to go with what they think is best for your body.

Hi hun im new to. Had meeting with mr adamo yesterday and i am having 310cc partials very high profile. Im size 6, 5″7 and very empty 32b so similar to u. Mr adamo said it would give me d/dd bra. I wanted natural-ish looking. Xx

@missparkerclarke, what size bra are u now with 295cc? Do u mind me adding u to look at pics. Im having 310 n sizing nearly same as u as i just wrote xx
