Cone/Torpedo Boobs- How long to go for you?

How long until your torpedo/cone shape of your boobs started to change, and how long until it was completely gone? Or did it never go completely?? BTW, i dont meen erect nips, I mean the puffy nipples which make your boobs look like traffic cones!

Please say whetehr u had unders or overs, particularly interested in overs as thats what I had!

i had 525 overs and i had VERY pointy boobs before the op and after til about week 3! now week 4 n they are round xx
