Confirmation letter still hasn't come??

Hi girls I booked my BA over 4week ago and my PC said she would send it 2x now and called her today and never got back… I go the Manchester one anyone else had this problem? My op is in jan but I’m ment too get confirmation on my date etc??

Hi Im booked for 11th jan through the Manchester clinic, I got my confirmation letter a few days after I booked and paid my deposit! Have u tried just ringing the clinic reception as its them who send it I think?x

Yes 2x and they said they sent iti paid and booked 4week ago …. I’m annoyed at it and just rang my pc again and she said they had a temp receptionist so might b y?! But yet they want me too pay my full balance next week… Told her I’m not paying until I get my conifrmation and whatever else. Xx

Yep the receptionist left a few weeks ago. Who’s your pc? Manchester r a Nitemare at times. It took me 4 days to get through last week to change an appointment. It’s a joke.xxx

Do you have to get it from manchester? Can’t another clinic bring up your details on their computer and get it posted to you? Could try ringing a diff clinic if that’s the case. Holborn are quite good at answering quickly and getting back to you quickly. I know its not ideal but if it gets it to you quicker? xx

Yes I no …. Kayleigh she’s dead nice just she texted me other day saying I need too book to see the nurse but her manager booked it with me week before so now I’m thinking if I haven’t got my confirmation has she even booked my op? Because I would be annoyed then ??! She just said text her Monday too remind her!! Is there anything else I need too get before my op ??

There’s no communication with them at all. I had all this too. Lizzi the manager is really nice, she made appointments for me without my pc knowing. Just ring Kayleigh n say your not happy n wanna no wats goin on. No u jus need your pre op that’s it. Good luck!xxx

She the blonde one ? That’s who I had lol! Yes that’s what she done lol! Yes I am booked for pre op 7th of jan because the manager did it and gave me a card with date on and my op is booked 25th jan but I just want the confirmation too give me piece of mind and what else I need ?? Xx
