confirmation letter !!!!!!

so ive been asking for my confimation letter for ages. STILL bot recieved it after pc sent 2 out and clnc sent one out. i refuse to pay the rest until i get my confirmation letter its so annoying. esp when the got my address right for recipit so no problem with my address :S. did any one else have trouble ?x

get them to email it to you hun, i never recieved one in the post even though they were resent
