Confused about Bra's :(

Hi all,
I am 15dpo and just a bit confused about what bras I can wear!
I’ve bought 2 m&s high impact sports bras that zip at the front which I’ve been living in for the past 2 weeks but they’ve started to rub against my incisions 🙁
I’ve also bought a soft post surgery bra from m&s (that looks like a normal bra) but haven’t worn it yet
Can I wear this instead of a sports bra through the day or do I have to wait until 6 week po??
Any advice is appreciated!
