Confused about size.. Please help

So My surgeon has said he’ll order 3 different sizes and decide on the day. He’s ordering 270 – 295 – 320 ultra high profiles.
I’m having partial placement as have literally no breast tissue, my chest muscle is also tiny so he said ultra highs would be best as they have the smallest diameter but offer good projection. I’ve seen loads of different results on here with some girls having smaller implants but getting bigger results than they ever thought possible.
I’m a very flat AA at the min and want to be a D but no bigger as I don’t think it would suit me but from what I’ve seen people are coming out much bigger with smaller implants.
I don’t want to go smaller and regret it but don’t want them to turn out huge either, so confused right now 🙁
I’m tall (5ft8) will this make a difference to how they look on me?
Any advice/reassurance would be great. Xx

Hey sweetie a surgeon never can give you right the cup size you wanna as its ruff guide as its down to our body’s that’s y we end up different sizes but to be fair chick implants always look smaller under the skin and there quite easy to hide I’m 32GG and size 10 and no1 can tell unless I show them off them x
