I know your meant to sleep upright after your op but is there any reason for this and how long are you supposed to sleep like this for?

Why cant you just sleep on your back straight away? This may sound stupid question but i really dont know!

My surgeon said 14 days. Nurse said to make sure implants are not dislodged. Best thing is to stick to what your surgeon says whether you like it or not. Its not worth the risk of any complications. I had my BA yesterday and sleeping upright is awful but its all for a good cause! xx
