Confused about what size implants to have!!

Hi everyone

I had my consultation wih mario russo last wednesday and he has suggested 4 different size implants- 260,310,380 and 410.I’m 5’9 and a size 10/12.

I really liked the 410 but not sure whether thats gonna be too big!

I just dont want to have them done and then be gutted that I haven’t gone big enough if I choose a smaller implant.

Any advice would be appreciated as I have no idea what size other people have!!

always go for the biggest he recomends. what size are you now and what do you want to achieve? x

I’m a 34 b/c but quite droopy so having a nipple lift too….he said he cant put anything too huge in because he cant stretch the scars too much. I want to be pretty big but not ridiculous but I suppose if he recommended it then it must be ok!! I have no idea what bra size they would be though!! I’m having them done on the 14th of nov….soooo excited!! xx

Good luck. I think 410s will be big but not ridiculous, they will be fab. I had 410s from 32a and now 32dd but look a c/d x

Biggest is always better, Im having 300 from a 32A witch will take me to a full C small D so they say, they recon every 100cc is about a cup size im quiet sure thats what Mr Adamo told me xx Good luck

hey i was offered 340 or 365 by mr adamo and im having 365 from a small 32b which is hoping to take me to a d, dd! everyone says go for the biggest!! x

Hun I’m exactly same stats- go 410. I’m having 410 on weds and although that was my first thought – that they’d be too big- but it’s better to have no regrets isn’t it.. I’d hate to spend all that money and go through years of low self esteem to be disappointed that my boobs are still too small xx

I was always told to go for the biggest offered DO IT! xx

mario offered me 380,410 and 460 i chose 460 from a 32a/b, even thought they havent fluffed yet i dont think theyll be too big, i think 410’s will be fine xx

my ops not until 28th december! i want it to be sooner! are you going to highgate? can i add you? would really like to know how you get on. my friend had him 2 years ago and her boobs are amazing her scars are almost invisible x

Think it’s just bloating Hun.. And then of course possible weight gain from the lack of excercise!!xx

Iv had GA quiet a few times and iv never put on weight after and if i have its been a pound here and there , glad you have found a good size for u , iv only got 2 days and i want them to go faster roll on wednesday xx

Hi hun. I am 5’7 and a size 10/12. I am currently a small/empty 34b and i said i want to be a d/dd. I was offered, 380 or 410 and i am going for the 380. My op in next wed. I chose to go for the smaller ones as my surgeon reccomended them as i have less tissue on the top of my breasts from where they have dropped since pregnancy, so he said there would be more chance of rippling and being able to see the implant through my skin if i go bigger. Plus i want a more natural look so i thought the smaller ones would be best for me xx

Hi hun he didnt say anything like that to me…infact he didnt say much i dont even know whether im having unders or overs!! he did say that if i wanted a cleavage without a bra then i would need an uplift too but i decided against that and im just having a nipple lift so they will still look natural. R u just having implants or a lift too? Im absolutely terrified about the nipple lift the thought of it goes through me!!xxx

410’s 410’s 410’s all the way hun xxx
