confused and worried!!!!

reading through some of these posts i noticed some of you have tape on ure new boobies. Do all surgeons put the tape on because im having unders and have been told that i have to wear a chest band and take a sports bra in surely i cant be having tape to boot as well .

Also im travelling on tube to get to the hospital what size pillow to carry im being driven home by the company can i travel in pjs obvs ill wear jeans on tube :lol:.

lastely sorry i know i have over a month to go but my middle name is parnoid loolx x x

Most surgeons don’t use the tape, I know Mr Singh does and I think Mr Kazzazzi, some bandage you, some don’t use anything except the dressings. I’d take a small pillow or cushion just to pop under the seatbelt to pad you out x

Hun, not every surgeon uses the tape no it depends what surgeon you have. I had mr singh and loves the bloody tape lol. Also I got the tube to the hospital aswell what hospital are you goin gto? I went to highgate. I’m sure it will be fine for you to travel home in pjs you just want to be as comfortable as possible. I took a v-pillow with me and normal bed pillow to to put between the seatbelt and my boobs, although I didn’t end up using it xxx

supercoops have you messaged some of the girls in his group,they will be able to tell you if your surgeon used the tape or not,xxx

ahh thanks girlies im just nervous i guess.Princess was looking at small cushioins to take so it only to go between the seat belt and boobs. Reg im going to the welbeck near bond street phew thats a relief to wear pjs home was going to get track bottoms to wear home but not really a track suity girl 🙄 thanks girls knew i could rely on u to help stop the panic x x x x

ahh thanks Tina i didnt think of that dosent the tape pull the stitches out i have had three children lool but tape being pulled off freaks me out gulp x x x

You have dressings under the tape that protect the stitches hun xx

oh ok just a bit funny when it comes to cuts and things like that x x

reg is right,I didnt have sticky tape just steri strips on the scars then dressings on top of that,xxx

Yeahh, well I’m taking the tape off later so I can always let you know how it goes lol. But I do have two dressings covering my scars then the tape on top and I think you have to melt the glue on the tape with a hairdryer and then it just peels off xx

ahh thanks guys Reg i hope it doesnt hurt how many days post op are you? When do you go back to see the nurse because i was told to go and see my nurse at my doctors saves the trip up london i suppose but im sure they said a week later< the doctors will be shut as its xmas day on sunday so two days holiday so ill be going two days later it wont make a difference will it x x x

I’m 4 days post op today hun and yeahh you go and see your nurse when you are 1 week post op but a couple of days won’t make a difference I’m sure hun. Crampy had her op tues and she’s seeing the nurse friday so that will actually be 1 week and 3 days. Just aslong as you see them around a week post op so they can make sure your healing well ect xx

phew i do feel more relaxed now read ure story on here reg brillant idea getting more exicted now wow to have a pair of boobs in like 35 days cant wait. I do worry quite a bit I think i need to start to chilling and relax. Got one sports bra getting another then one all done cant wait to go and get measured. I remember a few years ago taking my daughter to get measured with my self and the assistanr saying you need to take some boob from your daughter how rude. Well waych this space used teabags will be no-more after the 19th just wish id have the money years ago but as the saying goes its never too late 😆 x x

Yay! Congratulations hun its gonna fly by and you will be in the boobie club before you know it. I was the biggest worrier I still am the amount of questions I ask everyday lol. If you want to ask me anything feel free to message me whenever ill try and help the best I can xxx
