Confused by surgeon's options! Help!!!!

Saw the surgeon and he was really nice, but gave me so many options and now confused. I’m currently a 36B,size 12,medium build and would like a natural look generous D! Breasts are borderline for a lift, surgeon said OK- may sag in future if larger implant.

Lift options;

1.small lift (nipple cut & moved up)

2.full lift (with cut under nipple to underneath)

3.no lift – and see what happens in the future

Implants;

1.360-410cc anatomical unders – lift needed

2.345cc moderate round overs – no lift needed

My choice!!

i was also offered anatomical unders (450 fx). found out the reason today, also because im on the edge of needing an uplift what surgeon did you go to see?

Personally I think if the surgeon thinks you need a lift I would have one cos any implant you have will add weight and accelerate the sagging process! I would have the lift to extend the life of your result otherwise you might be back having a lift within a year!

Julie i had slight sag i didnt want uplift so had larger cui implants put in 460/410 overs, i have to managae them really well to avoid heavy sagging once again, i figured this would be better than having a lift so young (im 30)if can be avoided, if you can get away without having lift do it!!!

Cat11- the surgeon was Mr Fallahdar, as I want rhino at the same time!!

I just thought unders were when you had less breast tissue, and overs when more.

Didn’t think he’d suggest both!

hi saw singh at first i was a 32d but after2 kids and losen my weight quick i needed a uplift as i didnt want one one more scarrimg, 2 more expensive and 3 with my jobs and age of children i couldnot have that long off work,

singh offerd me 700cc overs but said the same may sag etc

to cut a long story short mya messed up and i ended up havento see kazzai instead i was gutted i couldnt have singh t the time but so glad i saw kazzai,he laughed that singh was going to put these in me, but we all knws ingh likes his big boobs lol,kazzai offerd me me a uplift but said i gud skin im only 27 soi had 520 under but he cut away sum skin underneath to give a mini uplift i suppose, this wasno extra cost and he did say ur scar be longer thatn na normal ba, but was not botherd about this as it wouldnt compare to scars id of had if had a proper uplift,im 11 dys post op and kazzai as done a fab job i cant believe how neat the scars are and how u cnt see them

so ask ur surgeon if this is a option for u then u get best of both worlds x

vroobles, u mentiond u have to manage ursto stop sagging in future, what advice did they give u on this as i was on borderline of uplift im a 34 ff so need to look after themi paid extra for the soft touch naturelle range so they are firmer and lesschance of riplling enother reason y he did unders but obviously dntwnt them dropping x
