Hp is the position your implant is placed, lp-low profile, hp- high profile and xtr-extra high profile, the m at the start of some is a different shell of implant (microcell)

No no no! Profile is the type of implant, not where it is placed! Low profile are wider and flatter, these are used lower profile are used a lot for girls with a wide frame, athletic like, high profile have more volume, it’s nothing to do with where they are placed!
