Your surgeon will decide it on your dimensions hun its a bit more complicated than u choosing, its done on the width/depth of the chest wall and gap between boobs etc. He prob wrote it down n forgot to say, cos for some people high n extra high are the only options as they are narrow n anything bigger wouldn’t fit in the breast pocket, it can also be determined by volume, for example I wanted to achieve a D/DD therefore had to have either 340 or 375 (not aloud bigger) and hqd to have extra high profile to fit them in my body, if I wanted moderate profile I would have to have a lower volume.
