when i went for my pre op she said to remove bandages once i get back to my hotel after my bab with dr singh and put my macom on but ive been reading on here and people are saying dr singh told them to remove after 4 days ????HELP HAHA :D

    Menu

He told me 4 days… but on day 4 i only took the top strapping off, and left the bottom, as it pulled at my plasters and i didnt wanna look or deal with the insicions, so i let the nurse remove the bottom strap on day 7 at my appt. I wouldnt advise removing it yourself hun (not the bottom) the top was bad enough cause it feels like sticky gaffa tape! haha. Hope this helps x

I know it’s so confusing. I bought a macom a few weeks ago and last week I had my pre op and the nurse said you may have heard of a macom bra, well Dr Singh doesn’t like them. He prefers marks and spencers surgical bras.

When I came on here afterwards, I found a few that were told by Dr Singh himself to wear a macom.x
