Confused on what size 310 or 340?advice please!

Hi All,

I went for my initial consultation and also an appointment with Mr/Dr Adamo, he suggested a 310 implant(i want inspira) and at the very biggest a 340. I initally wanted a smaller more natural looking implant but after seeing the slightly bigger one I am now confused as the slightly bigger i liked too. Dr Adamo said the 340 could look a bit rounded and less natural than the 310.

I am a small 32B and still want a natural look but with enough difference to make the surgery worth while as I know someone who said she felt she went too small when she had her breast Enlargement.

Has anyone had a 310 or 340 with a small skinny chest?

any advice would be much appreciated.

Hi hun. I was a small 32B and I had 380 and 410 (due to a small size difference) overs, I am now measuring a 32E, however I only look about a D cup, because you always measure bigger than you look with fake boobs! Mine also look very natural so I wouldnt worry about having the 340, you would only regret it if you dont. 310 is quite a small implant. I will add you so feel free to look at my pics. I am now 11 weeks PO, and love them! xx

Hey lovely, thank you so much, you have put my mind at rest:) Do you think a 340 is still quite small? My biggest thing was I dont want to be too small or too over the top big (if that makes sense;)

Can I ask who you went with?what surgeon and also did you have unders, overs or inbetween the two?

340 340 340 340 340!!!!

I had 340/380 overs from a size 6 top, 30a/b, hardly anything there, wouldnt have wanted to go smaller!

They feel big without clothes but with clothes they just seem to disapear!xx

I have just been confused because obviously I know the surgeon knows best but I when I asked to try the bigger size it didn’t feel that much different but he said it could look slightly more fake:/ don’t want to make the mistake

Of too small or too big there is a fine line I suppose!

Hey I was not even an a very little skin and I had 340 did want bigger but the surgeon wouldn’t let me babe I’m so pleased even tho I’ve only had em for two weeks there great lool 340 all the way oh yeah there unders and high profile x x x

Would you mind if I could view your picis? What is high profile?do you not feel they look too round? Surgeon said I could look round and also said 340 would be the biggest I could go

Allison, definitely go with the 340! I haven’t had mine yet, but have seen my friends fake boobs and they really do get a bit lost in clothes, as tonesx said!

Stef64, can I add you, as I think I’m going to need 2 different size implants as my right breast is slightly bigger than the left! I was thinking 380cc and 410cc too. Just wanted to see how they would look and whether it would be noticeable? Xxxx

i had 365 from empty 32a and like tones with clothes on they r hardly ther lol was swimming today and met a girl from school in the pool and when i told her i had them done she cudnt believe me coz ther not v big lol! …remember theres hardly any difference in the CC…20cc is like 20mls so thats like a table spoon of difference?? lol seriously dnt stress too much, ur surgeon KNOWS best! xx

Hi Allison, Just answering your above question to me. my friend had a 380cc implant. I’m 5ft4, 8st8, a small 32B, wearing size 10 clothes! I’m aiming for a 32D/DD looking breast! Xxx

hey allison. i had my op yesterday was a 32A and recommended 340cc maximum (unders, high profile) by surgeon as im narrow. size 8, 5″2. was wanting bigger but took the surgeons advice. 1 day post op they feel huge and im looking forward to the swelling going down. think this had been the perfect size for me. feel free to add me i will put pics up soon. bandages on until next week tho so pics dont really show the size xx

Hi casmine! That would be mch appreciated. It’s so confusing because I was recommended by mr adamo the 310s but 340 at te biggest I feel really confused. Especialy because you never know how it will look once done:/

Phoenix, I’m a 32b but I’m an a I’m size but I wear a b because my breasts cup is wide but small.I’m petite 6/8 and not sure my height like 5.3 or 5.5ft not sure.

Thank you chelsy! My surgeon said 340 is the max I can go too! But recommended 310. I spoke to my consultant who suggested I go with what he suggests as non of the two are that small hmmm

I was reccomended 310’s but he said he would do the 380’s if I really wanted, I’m so glad I listened to my surgeon as I had only asked to be a large D and I’m an E now, they look and feel natural and most people are shocked when I tell them they’re fake. You’ll know what’s right for you, just go with your instinct because everyone ends up with different results xxxx
