confused under or over with 380??`

hi i have already got 260 over and they look so real but you have no full ness at the top i have to wear a really good bra to have cleavage but am worried that if i get them as big over in years to come i will have to get a reduction as DR SALVAGEI told me from transform is this true can this happen am i better going underneath with such a big size? xxxx

i wanted unders but got told i am having overs! not sure if they sag quicker or not!

what size are you going with overs?? ive had a consulation with transform my friend recommended but i feel as tho i didnt get much information about the procedure so ime 50-50 ime going to make an oppointment with mya who would u recommend? xx
