Consultation booked.

Literally just submitted the form and got a call a few seconds later. Consultation booked for Tuesday! So quick. I’m so nervous. I need to compose a list of questions, now I’ve forgotten what I wanted to ask lol what did you guys ask? Do I need to take some research with me? xx

Hi belle, congrats on booking your first consultation honey. I suppose the first thing your personal consultant will ask is why you want surgery, what you hope to achieve from op, how big you’d like to go.. They’ll also ask you questions in relation to your medical history. You’ll also get to see the implants too and pictures before and after! I seen my surgeon straight after consultation and the surgeon does measurements and asks similar questions then surgeon will go through sizes, risks etc. In my case I was advised that a mastopexy (uplift) would be beneficial, and so surgeon went through sizes of implants beneficial for my frame / size etc and procedure of mastopexy with me too. I then went back to my personal consultant who gave me prices and suggested size implants to try on with a sports bra!! It was good experiencee hun, and if you forget to ask anything you can always call your pc. xxx

I don’t think you need to take research with you hun, but if you have researched breast surgery then you’ll prob understand some of the terms they use. If not they explain things with you anyway hun. What size you hoping to go up to hun? What size are you now? xxx

Thanks Michelle. Who is it I see at the first consultation? Can they advise me on size? I’m aa and want to look a d/dd but not if I look silly because I’m petite. I want the natural look.

I’m also nervous because of how young I look, people will be looking at me thinking what am I doing there lol so embarrassing.

Ah bell you’ll be absolutly fine, really. When I arrived at manchester I was given a medical questionnaire to fill out in reception then when completed my personal consultant called me into her office and introduced herself. I wouldn’t worry about looking young honey everyone is so friendly. When I book first consultant I did request to see surgeon straight after, and it’s the surgeon who measures you and takes into account your size / frame and what you hope to achieve, and then surgeon will give you a number of sizes to choose from, which is in harmony with what you hope to achieve. I was nervous going in to start with, but by the time I left I was fine. It is nerve racking as I didn’t know what to expect, but it really is okay honey xxx

tht was ment to say im booked for my surgery on thursday! everyone at mya is rli friendly! they ask u what look your going for natural or rounded and they use this to determine what surgen is best for u to see and ask u what size u would like to be enjoy ur consultation xxx
