What surgeon is it with? Well theyl probablys ask what size youd like to be and then theyl measure you and have a look at your boobs and then reccomend sizes, i had dr traynor at newcastle clinic and he offered me 300 340 380 as i said i wanted to be a d, i then decided on 340 and 380 because ive got different sized boobs 32 a/b and was told that these implants would take me to a dd possibly a e. After much debating i decided i wanted bigger, being on this forum and seeing pics, a dd/ e just wasnt as big as i wanted mine so i went back to see dr traynor and asked what size i wanted to be and i said a 32ff he didnt look very happy as i think he likes giving women the natural look. He then offered me 410cc and 460cc which should take me to a 32 e/f/ff???
You need to ask what size implants youl be getting
Trying them on in a sports bra either with your pc or the surgeon
If your having unders or overs? implant placed over the muscle if you have enough breast tissue or under if you dont
If you need to stay overnight?
Also ask for their personal opinion on what would look best, they are the experts at the end of the day
