Most important is to think about how you want to look. Surgeons don’t talk in cup sizes more in cc’s which is volume. If you have pictures of models etc with the look you want to achieve it helps. Also do the rice test for sizing. Get an old pair of tights or stockings, then out in rice measuring out in no the same in both sides. A cup size is roughly 130ml. Go up in 100ml increments until you are happy with the look. Mould the rice under your existing boob ideally in a sports bra. Cup sizes after your ba won’t relate to natural books as implants require a bigger cup than a natural breast. Xx
