Consultation tips

Hi I’m just about to book my consultation but was wanting to know a few key things others went in asking and wanting to know just incase there is any obvious things I’m missing out. Also I’m currently around 5’2 and weigh 59kg I wear a 34B but don’t really fill it out is there any recommendations on how much CC’s to get upto a DD. Lastly how long was the wait between the initial consultation and procedure
