Hi Hun, your first consultation im asuming you mean with your patient co-ordinator then and not your surgeon?
If its your patient co-ordinator one, which is the first one you have, you dont need to take anything with you. You will speak with your p/c and discuss what you want regarding your surgery. Is it a ba your having? If so she will ask you the sort of look and size your after discuss some of the risks and reasons you want the ba ect. Then she will match you up with who she feels will be the best surgeon for you. She will show you some implants so you can see what theyre like and show you some before and after pics. You wont go into detail of your procedure until your second consultation with the surgeon. The initial one is just to discuss the basics of what your after and she will mainly ask all the questions but of course you will be free to ask anything you want.
You can ask more specific questions about the procedure with your surgon at your consulation with him.
I had my op in november so glad i had it done.
Good luck
