Hello everyone, I’m new on here! Have been thinking about having a BA for years and finally getting the courage to go see about it. Thought Karen the PC at Mya glasgow was great and so helpful. Haven’t read too much on the glasgow surgeons Mr Chew and Mr Hart – was wondering if anyone could share any experiences these surgeons? And give me some key questions to ask tomorrow.

Thanks in advance, looking forward to chatting to you girlies :)

Hey, I had Andrew hart 4 months ago for a ba, feel free to add me. Ben and Andrew are both really nice and are really good surgeons! I was pretty clueless when it came to questions at the surgeon consult, but I was there for bout 45mins, they take their time explaining everything and try to work out exactly what you want. X

Hey Laura I’m having a ba with Ben on 28th march. At the consultation he was brilliant. Never rushed me, answer my pages and pages of questions. Get a note book and everytime you think of a question you want to ask write it down. That way you won’t leave wishing you asked something else. Good luck x

Mr Chew is dead funny, you can have a laugh with him, I had him 14 months ago, 470cc low profile from a 34AA to a 34E, I healed far quicker than you’re supposed to, I never had ANY complications he’s an honest and lovely guy, you have nothing to worry about with him, I’ve also not heard one bad thing about Andrew Hart, only praises so good luck choosing! Lol xxx

I had overs, they heal quicker than unders – fact. But they both have their pros and cons

Hi girls, ive just had consultation with mr hart, he was great, really liked him! He suggested 300c-320c, im worried that i make wrong decision and their too small lol!, Ive got quite a small build and am only a 32b just now! has anyone else had 300c???

It was suggested by Mr Hart that coz I want the natural breast slope rather than roundness on top it would be better for unders but I’m pretty scared about pain with unders – separating the muscle from the ribs sounds horrific 😯 what’s the pros and cons for unders bexepie? Xxx

    Menu

Thanks lkelly, yeah I will do!! I am soooo scared! Can’t believe it’s nearly time! I have to have unders, is it really that much more painful than overs? Xxxx

Lololol no girls you dont have your muscle ripped apart from your ribs, there are SOME surgeons who do this but very few. Under your breast tissue there are several layers of muscle. With MYA unders means the implant is only put under the first layer of muscle.
