Consultation with Dr Gonschior question

My nearest MYA clinic is in Newcastle,i would like to see Dr Gonschior for a consultation does he travel for consultations or only have them in London?

Yeah he travels for the consultations but only does surgery in London. You just have to wait for him to visit your area… I had to wait over a month until he came to Birmingham!

That’s good thought i would have to travel for the consultation.At MYA do you have to see a non surgeon consultant first(e.g sales?nurse?)or can you just phone up and request to see a specific surgeon for you’re consultation?

I had Dr Gonschior for my surgery in December,he consults in Birmingham and London,he may have opened up more clinics since Decemeber,you would have to ask MYA when you contact them,I travelled to London for the consultation,but they did arrange PC meeting,surgeon consultation,and pre op all at one visit,which was brilliant,I had my op in London,but all nurses appointments were in Newcastle,my file was just transferred across, that was the nearest clinic for me.He is definitely worth the travel.xxx
