Make sure you go prepared with questions! tell her exactly what you want and she’ll be able to tell you exactly what you need. I made a huge list of questions to take to my consultation with her so I didn’t forget anything. Try implants in a bra to see hoe they look. Are you excited? Xx

exactly what Claire said.. don’t feel bad to ask lots of questions, things to consider are what look are you going for, I particularly wanted a decent cleavage which made Helena recommend a higher profile for my frame to replace my lost fullness. She gives you a sports bra to try on with the implants in and they have a stretchy t-shirt there, looking back i would have found it better to take one of my own stretchy tops so i could see what my clothes looked like over the implants xxx

hi hun i had helena last tues shes very nice, but am gona go n c mr traynor 2 next wk 4 2nd opinion den will no who i feel most comfortable wiv they both have gud reviews so ul b fine, she jus confused me a little about high n low profiles and didnt have them in 4 me 2 try hope this helps hun xx

hi hum silicone seem 2 last longer and r defo more popular if u google saline, most people have a re op later on wiv silicone, they say u can feel them more n u wudnt want to go throu re op xxxx
