Consultation with mr adamo Thursday… Question…

Does anyone know if you get a choice on whether you go for unders or overs? Or just go with what the surgeon says is best?

Usually the surgeon will tell you what you can have but sometimes you have a choice. If you really want overs and you have enough breast tissue then you can. But if you want a larger implant that won’t fit under you will have to have over, like me x

Thanks for replying. I’ve been doing lots of reading and all in all I prefer the idea of under the muscle although heard that over the muscle is less achy. I just can’t wait for my consultation. I’m boob obsessed right now! Lol!

lol same. I was told I have to have over because the implant won’t fit under, at least that’s one decision I don’t have to make! Good luck for thursday, any idea what size you’d like? x

Again not too sure, I’m having an uplift and implants but one of my boobs is bigger than the other so ill have to go for a bigger one on the right and small on the left. I want to be a d/dd – I’m thinking maybe 340 – 380. What did u have?

I haven’t had them yet but will be having 410, or the inspira equivalent.x

Hi Kitty, I had Mr Adamo, he is so lovely, you’re in good hands

He will advise if overs or unders are best for you, depending on your breast tissue and measurements. He offered me overs, and i was happy to go with his judgement, after all, he is the expert. Let us know how you get on, Tammy x

I had 380 high profile overs as i needed filling out again after breast feeding my 3 children. Went from a 34B and now wearing 34E and very happy with them. What size are you hoping to be hun? x

I’m hoping to be between a d/dd. Sizes confuse me right now! Hopefully I’ll get a better idea on thursday! 

Although i measure an E they only look a D/DD so sizes are confusing. Good luck for Thursday x

Well I wanted 2 have my opp either April or May but i couldnt get the First Medical Loan.. so im jus gonna save it up myself. And by August i’d have all the money. So im going 2 book my ba for September. I am going 4 the Responsive implants so got a bit extra 2 pay.

Hi girls, I had an uplift and 320 unders…my left boob was bigger than my right to start and instead of putting different size implants in my surgeon trimmed the left to match the right and gave me the 320’s….i’m 14 days post op now, haven’t got any pics up yet as i’v been at my bf’s since my op and can’t upload them on his laptop but when i go home i’ll put some on! I was a very empty 34c before and will prob end up measuring a DD, i didn’t really want to go much bigger xx

Oh that sounds great! That’s what I want, my left is bigger than my right swell. Would love to see pics. I just assumed after the uplift I’d have to have different sized implants aswell but now I’ll definite ask about your option. Yeay! Can’t wait. How did u feel afterwards? Much pain? How are u healing and ur scars? Xx
