Hi girls, i had a consultation with Mr Traynor this afternoon. This is the second time I’ve had one with him, I met him 5 years ago. I want an uplift and possible implant. He told me point blank there is no way he would do an implant, which i was expecting anyway, and could handle that. But he then went on to tell me that even with the uplift, I need to get the ‘strappy/ backless dresses’ out of my head because there is no way this is going to happen and that I would still need to wear a bra all the time??! This is the whole reason I want to have the uplift done!! I was lost for words, and his reply was, a typical blunt Mr Traynor reply “well don’t get it done Then!”
Has anyone else experienced this and been told the same? I don’t want to never wear a bra again but when it comes to nights out and still not being able to wear nice dresses that I’ve never in my life been able to before then what is the point in spending thousands of pounds to be in the same position?!
I felt totally deflated tbh. I spoke to Julie and I am going to get a second opinion from Dr Mounir.

Any advice would be appreciated xxx

What was his reason for saying that? X

Skin elasticity due to having 3 children. But a lot of people have this procedure due to having children. Surely he would just need to remove more excess skin to make the skin firmer? X

Maybe consider uplift with no implant then? Less weight so your skin won’t sag as quick? Xx

Hi Hun I didn’t have up lift I had just a ba with traynor 6 months ago and he also told me to always where a bra or they will sag I think the more u think about it the more it makes sense he did say the odd few hours for a night out would be fine tho he’s honest most sugoens won’t tell you about the bra wearing to bed and let you do what u want after getting the all clear traynor told me to think of the implants as a weight so if we don’t look after them they wil just sag he said if I didn’t look after them was I willing to pay more money out on them every few year
