    Hi girlies,

I’ve been noticing a lot of posts with questions such as taking your pill etc etc…. I just wanted to say the information booklets provided at first time PC consultation and the pre-op with the nurse are SO SO SO helpful. They are literally full of the answers to pretty much everythinggggggg. It’s just worried me that some of you aren’t reading them?! It’s like a boobie bible! Some of you have mentioned you won’t be doing certain things because you’re surgeon didn’t mention it…. Your PC is there for a reason as the surgeon can’t inform you of everything in the time they have…. and the booklet on what to do when preparing for surgery is really important. For example not taking your pill for 4 weeks in total is not that big of a deal, so deciding not to take your pill because you ‘don’t want to’ is pretty risky considering you’re having major surgery and putting your body through a lot.

Anyway I don’t mean to sound ‘naggy’ but I’m seeing so many posts about pills, false nails and fake tan…. It’s in black and white what we can and can’t do. And I’m pretty sure all of us want the best possible healing process and results 🙂

I’m just lucky I don’t wear tan, nails, extensions, piercings or any of it so literally all I have to do is not wear makeup ^.^ x

Good post Chelsea, I read mine so many times before my op. It’s not just that. I’ve realised that alot of the same/similar questions keep getting asked again and again on this forum. It’s like girls can’t be bothered to do any research….all you have to do type in your search word into the search box above, and you’ll get lots of related info to your query. It’s not rocket science. Maybe it’s just me, but I like to find out information on my own, and not be told or spoon-fed like a baby. xxx
