When can I start taking my pill again? I stopped 2 wks before my op but not sure how long to leave it now iv had my ba (11 days ago? Now) xx

Start it at beginning of your next period hun xxx

Most people dont wait for ther’re next period,I just took mine 14 days after my opp, you may find your period will be late, that is why most girls just start taking it again rather than waiting for there period to come xx

Give your nurse a ring honey,she will be able to advise.XXX

Nurse told me I didn’t have to stop taking mine but it just so happens the it’s my pill free week starting yesterday so I won’t have to start taking it until the day after my op.

When I started taking the pill again after having my son the doctor told me to start taking it again immediately without waiting for my period but to use a barrier form of contraception for 7 days as you won’t be safe until you have 7 days worth of it
