Contraceptive pill Help!!!

Did any1 stop taking there pill b4 op??? Xxx

yes you have to because of blot clotting xx

you have to stop takiung the pill 2 wks before op i read this in the info given by p/c…not sure when you can start taking it agina after op double check with p/c on that…xx

I was told I could carry on taking it. That might have been because I was having surgery just over a week after my second consultation. I think the ga has messed with my cycle a bit though. Ask your surgeon, some are ok with you being on the pill, some aren’t. X

You are bloody joking? I had my appendix removed n wasnt asked to stop taking my pill! X

it depends on the pill and the opp, its just a precaution x

ive got the implant, which can stay in =] x

so it wont really hurt if i keep takin it ?

I came off mine to be on the safe side but I’m a bit of a worrier and was terrified that I would be the one person that would end up with a clot x

aww i think im gunna stay on mine dont really wanna cum of it n ose my rounine …if othr peoples done it sure it wont hurt x

Thanks everyone, my op is 1 wk today & stopped taking it 1 wk ago so will be ok Will start it 2 wks afterwards.
