'Cooling off' period and return of deposit

Hi girls,

I understand that if you want to secure a date before meeting your surgeon, the deposit is £1000.
I also believe there is a 14 day ‘cooling off’ period after meeting surgeon, in which you can cancel if you change your mind.

I’m looking to book my date, but I only want to go ahead with the surgery if I am able to increase my implant size considerably (this will be my second BA, first was 8/9 years ago). My current implants are healthy, so I don’t want to go through all of the pain and expense just to go up one cup size.

If my surgeon suggests that he won’t be able to fit a much bigger implant, am I entitled to my £1000 back?

I wouldn’t put myself through the stress of waiting for it to be refunded if i was you (from reading posts on here there certainly have been refunds and there happy to give them if surgery is not an option and you have not witheld any information that may lead to the op not going ahead) but it’s been quite a lengthy process for some, also depends on your financial situation and if you can afford dismiss the time it could take, maybe call your clinic and ask for an email stating how long the refund would take should your consultation lead to the advice that you can not have a considerably larger implant, maybe post another topic too asking how long peoples refunds took who were legaly entitled to them x

@giraffequeen You’re totally right honey, everything you’ve said makes complete sense. It’s easy to get carried away in the excitement isn’t it?
I need some specific dates you see and it’s nearly a month until I meet my surgeon so wanted some security, but it’s possibly foolish to do that in case what I have in mind isn’t possible.
I only have 250cc at the minute but I have put weight on and broadened out since then, plus my skin will have stretched hopefully. Fingers crossed!!
