copies of notes-records…

has anyone had to get hold of their records-notes from mya….is it easy?

Has another surgeon requested them? I’d think as long as they had written permission from you they would have to forward them over. I could be wrong but when you change doctors/surgeries all your medical files are forwarded to the new doctors. How did the MRI go? X

mri machine not working…have to go on Wednesday…and yeh nu consultant has asked for all notes including surgical ones..x

Yeah, they recommend that you allow them to contact your GP when you fill out the form before your first consultation.

I had no problems whatsoever, my nurse sent a letter to My GP requesting medical information, then I got a letter from my doctors surgery saying I needed to pay £20 for them to send my info to MYA, so I did and that was it! I got sorted within 2 days xx

Oh no!! Hope it’s fixed by Wednesday. Have you asked MYA for your notes? X

yeh emailed the nurse today…my pc couldn´t even be bothered to email me herself to see how I am, so she got the nurse to do it…guess that pushes me even more to avoid mya for the correction…had my money ain´t they!!

Some of these clinics really need to sort themselves out. You read girls stories n their pc/clinic seem amazing. Always in contact, reply to questions immediately etc n then there’s other clinics who appear not to give a shit once they’ve got your money. It’s ridiculous!

she said she will check with regards to procedures…so I´m waiting for her to get back to me on Monday x

Y Monday. I’m sure the clinics are open on Saturdays. Hope they don’t mess you around and you get them quickly. X
