cough medicine before Ba?

I have a phlemmy cough, my Ba is a week on Friday, can I use cough medicine?

I’ve got no idea hun. I know some surgeons request that you stop taking certain medicines, like the pill and vitimins, but I don’t know about cough mixtures.
