could my 520cc be causing me bad neck n shoulder pains help??

Had 520 unders over a week ago and have bad pains in neck n shoulders any1 had this? Im worried the weight of the implant can be causing this i dont think they feel heavy but when i take my bra straps of it eases a little but still there driving me mad!xx
