Could only happen to me: Mswasp story 25/11/11

Im sorry if i bore u to death but just had to share so would like to apology for my essay in advance.

Well woke up @ 3:45, had my bath and brush my teeth and decided to lay down and watch Jerry Springer as wasn’t allowed any food. Got dressed and left the house @ 5:10 and took a slow walk down to the train station. Just my luck, it starts to rain and I’ve got my ugg on. Boohoo left my umbrella @ hm

To to the station @ 5:33 and decided to get the earlier train so end up getting to Warren St station bout 6:10. Spend the next 5 minutes asking for direction to Fitzroy St instead of Sq (cab driver corrected me). Arrive @ hospital 6:30, an hour early. Got taken up to the 1st floor and shown my room (4). The nurse (can’t remember her name) shows me where everything is and explain that i will have to go down @ 7 to fill out my admission forms. A lovely nurse name Margaret comes in to inform me that my notes haven’t arrived yet, so she gets me to fill out the rest of the paperwork and give’s me my name tags. She explains what gonna happen and asks me to provide a urine sample to check I’m not pregnant(don’t worry I ain’t). When the reception comes i go down stairs to fill out my forms but on the way back i end up on the basement floor as well as all the other on the way back to my floor (sightseeing,don’t know why) When finally get back to my ward I ask for Skybird and Gemma and to tell them I wish them all the best, she then informs me that Dr Singh had 4 people admitted @ 7:30 so **** come as see to let me know when i will go down. Arrive back to my room, so I decide to watch judge judy and I fell asleep.

Margaret comes in to inform me not only has my notes still not arrived but Im pregnant. I knew something would go wrong, have been to calm bout the whole things. What do u mean Im pregnant? I can’t be, I only do it go get boobies but Im gonna get some, I don’t want to b pregnant. I would know if Im pregnant, my boobs get hard, their soft, look and I start to pull @ my bloody fried egg to prove to her they r soft. Now for the first time panic start to sink in, what the fcuk am I gonna do, Im gonna ******** my boyfriend when I c him. He’s go me pregnant 3 times in the last 5 years, always round the ending of the year (october/november). She says that Dr Singh will come to talk to me about it. I then phone my partner to inform him of the good/bad news, can’t afford another was his exact words (12,4 and 6 month).I had a very bad pregnancy, morning sickness for 5 months, feel every time he moves on my pelvis bone, 5 weeks early as placental abrupt(bleeding), emergency c section, so would i wanna go thought that again NO!

Dr Singh comes in bout 10:30 and i tell him i want my boob job today, don’t worry i will sort everything out (would of gone on hands and knees if had to). He says that he has to speak to the hospital manager, I’m really ****** so i decide to go on Mya space, Gemma looking for me and I c Skybird has gonna down. I know Im gonna be the last one to go down, decide to go back to sleep a Im hungry. Dr Singh comes back @ 11:30 to tell me that he gonna do it if i think Im sure I want it and am not pregnant. I start getting into my sexy hospital outfit, I’m then informed Skybird and Gemma r looking for me. I walk down to theatre (thought it might be like walking down to death row).Im still really calm, get into the room, meet a lovely gentleman (can’t remember name) he puts the needle in my hand. Im getting worried as i don’t feel scared or nothing, just really normal like Im going to meet one of my kids school teachers. We start to talk about our kids, films as well as what i wanted to do as a child. The anaesthetist comes in and start to put the GA in my arm, I make a note of the time 12:25, i start counting down 10…..9……8……..7654321, your cheating the man says, no my arm, think Im gonna fall asleep now.

Wake up in the Recovery room 13:45, Im cold and hungry is the first thing i say. Remembering what others had said bout ending up back in room but don’t know how so i deciding to stay awake. got back to room and asked for a cup of tea and biscuits. after holding that down i got my dinner:

starter – crusty tuna mayo roll

main – roast chicken with veg, no gravy

dessert – apple pie

drink – orange juice

Really enjoyed it, Dr Singh comes in to inform me that everything went well (260cc), so now i just wait for my cab which i expect to come @ 6:30. I expect to be in a load of pain or to be really nerves but far from it (touch wood, my head) i feel fine for now.

Omg hun! I thought this was gona happen to me I was nervous of the pregnancy test! Atleast they still do the op I thought they wouldn’t!? Welcome to the boobie club!! X

Well i better not b, will do pregnancy test on monday. they said i have to repeat on 48 hours after. im loving them. hope im a c, i know that’s small but it’s big enough for me. apart from all the drama im ok and would do it again if i could (never imagine i would say that). spent the day in bed watch tv with my boyfriend and kids running around after me, for once.

I can’t believe they would operate on a positive pregnancy test- what’s the point in doing the test??

mine r feeling soft, they did straight after. not in any pain really, just feel a little heavy but expect as didn’t have anything to start with. feeling fine, just went out for a walk, can’t wait to take tape off. i just wanna have a bath. how r u feeling hun?????

I had a bath yesterday morning and took great care!! Its fine getting in….just be careful! They feel better every day! x

can’t have bath as i turn out like a mermaid. lol bit of swelling but apart from that ok.
