Just a general moan really girls!!
Always had a ‘problem’ boob since my op 20 days ago!! My lefty has always been more swollen, hard and higher than my right which I was told by the nurses I have spoken to was normal cos they are two different ops etc!! On Friday I started to get pain that I hadn’t had before so spoke to the nurse who Said it’d be beat to go and see them on Monday (today) but over the wkend my pain started to get worse! Like the shooting pains of the nerves knitting back together but much stronger and more of a burning feeling so spoke to nurse on the emergency no who thought I may have an infection even tho my incisions are closed and are really clean and I haven’t had any leaking or bleeding or pus!! So took regular pain killers! Then my pain started to be when I breathed in and out and in my ribs and round my back as well as the sharp but if pains but I also got the feeling of mastitis over my boob too!! Applie cold compresses like I was told and was also told to just get to mya ASAP on Monday morning or go to a an e if it got any worse. Explained to the nurse that I have a little boy who I have o get looked free and dot actually have the money to get to London buy will get that sorted and will be on the clinic by 12 today as I live 2 hours away!! Saw the nurse today who was lovely but just look at my boobs and felt them and didnt reallg know what was wrong!! There’s been no outcome of my visit to the mya clinic today apart from my mum having to have the day off work to look after my little boy, mh purse £35 lighter and booking an appointment to see my GP!! the nurse now Thinks I don’t have an infection but doesn’t know what else it is!! I came out the clinic and felt completely “on my own”!! What was the point in me gojng to see a mya nurse who is supposed to be a specialist to be told to go and see my GP?? I can’t believe it and have no idea what to do or wht the problem could be!! My pc has the day off today so u have to wait till tomorrow to talk to her!! Feel really in the dark about the whole thing
