Covid Test

Hi all

I need to do a Covid test tomorrow and the nurse said a photo with my details next to it sent to the relevant email is what I need to do but reading up on the guidelines it said something about a certificate!! Now I’m panicking 🙈 my op is on Friday.

So I was told many people are struggling to upload it to the gov website because they’re closing it down so to send a picture with the date and ID xx
