I Loved reading the stories before ops, found them so helpful I felt compelled to write my own and enjoy adding to it and love hearing how others are getting on post op too xxx

Honestly I no its easy for me to say now but don’t worry too much about the op, that is honestly the easy bit! Afterwards just enjoy being pampered and looked after and just take it easy with tv, magazines and this forum!

Agreed about the cry, had a good chat with my best friend tonite, she was wonderful as always, far away but still as close as ever and she really snapped me out of it.

The outcome will be amazing I’m sure of it, if anything the day of the op feels a bit like a dream because you’ve thought about it for so long and suddenly ur like ‘wow it’s here’

Post Op – Day 10

Day of post op appointment with nurse at Holborn Clinic, London

As I write this I’m on the train bloody nackered after enduring my first bit of exercise in what seems like an age!!!

So, saw the nurse, was dreading it because I’m an utter wimp, had to have stitches out and one of my gauze was covered in blood so worried what it wud be like!

However, I worried for nothing as the stitches were easy, didn’t hurt at all (yay for numb boobs) one pull and they were done! Also the excess blood on the gauze was worry over nothing as both wounds healing very well and scars look fantastically neat – yay for dr c!!!

Nurse then sprayed wounds with antiseptic spray and didn’t bother with steri strips, however I was nervous putting the macom back on without anything so she gave me some gauzes to put over them as well as spares.

Nurse did tell me off for walking like a hunch back and to stand straight hahaha like being a teenager again!! She also sed I can shower again (woohoo no more ‘puddle baths’) but not to get the wounds wet, advised me to spray my savlon spray on wounds and to pay dry with cotton towel, I’m gonna religiously use savlon spray twice a day I recks to be safe!

She sed my right boob was still slightly more swollen than the other (which explains why one nip looks a little higher) but she said this will settle and it’s very common that whatever hand u write with settles slower than the other, I’m right handed so shes no doubt right there then

Nurse also advised I can wear sports bras now and drive again, which I did a little this morning, it was a bit uncomfortable do may wait a couple more days before driving again!

Am back to see dr c on December 23rd, could have seen sooner but wanted to be a good girl and wait 6 weeks, this will be 6 weeks 3 days so I shall then come boxing day spend any Xmas money on bras for Ron and Reg! Woohoo !!

I been today too to have mine looked at and although im doing a little better my left boob incission still not as healed as the right so have to go back again next thurs bummer!! and cant lift anything still or have sex, Ooops 😳 already done that but not allowed now for three weeks my poor bloke, hope numb and number are worthit although starting to get a little more feeling back in them. xxx

What type of stitches did u have btw? I’m wondering if there’s more probs with dissolvable ones that the ones u have to have removed maybe? Xxx

Yeah mine are dissolvable ones hun, but on the upside im feeling loads better and alot more human again and there is life in my boobs again. still bit numb underneath but can live with that for now xxx

I can really feel the bruising on the sides of my boobs today and a little sore, goes to show that the sticky patches I had over the scars were really pinching me as that feeling has now gone and replaced with today’s feelings!

Does make me wonder if the stitches that have to be removed are a little better at healing than the dissolvable? Wonder why different surgeons use different types??? Xxx

Post Op Day 14

Woohoo it’s Ron & Reg’s 2 week birthday!!!

I can’t believe it’s already been 2 weeks since the op!!! Gone so fast yet not quick enough as I’m patient to start wearing normal bras!

Well after my post op appointment I’ve been wearing soft type sports bra things instead of the macom but today I actually ached like mad at work (yes I’m now back in, off my lazy arse ) so came home and went back to the macom which instantly made me feel ten times better, ache is relieved ahhhhhh and I can now do up on the tighter setting too yay!

On day 12 I moved back to my bed from the sofa, I’m still not lying flat but am lying not as upright because the morning boob ache from just lying that bit lower is pretty horrendous ATM

I was naughty too, went to la senza to have a peek at bras haha and already have my eyes on a few!

Scars still look great tho I prefer to call them lines as they just don’t look like scars, they are sore, like that ‘ouch just sliced my finger open’ sore, but am looking after them with showers and a couple of sprays each day of savlon wound wash!

Also numbness though is still there is starting to go, slowly but it’s going and wonky boob seems to have disappeared and they are level again!

I shall add some more pics of last few days tomorrow!

Post Op – Day 21 (3 Weeks)

Can’t believe 3 weeks has passed already! Though roll on another 3 weeks so that I can go bra shopping!

Well, at the start of week 3 I had to make the dreaded first trip to work since the op (wished i’d blagged to work another from home hahahaha had got used to being there), was still quite stiff, so wasn’t looking forward to driving :(Reversing and looking behind wasn’t the easiest thing to do but I managed it.

The week however got easier as it went on, and finally the aching began to subside, it’s still there a little, every now and again but I can tel that by each day I’m feeling stronger!

The evening before I went back to work I couldn’t bear it anymore and decided to self tan hahahaha had to get the man to help with all things back related, and though I did quite a good job (avoiding the wounds etc) my photos that I shall add in the coming days beg to differ, my god patch central on the old chesteroo! Hahahahah oh well, bit of normality there!!

I’m pretty much sleeping flat again now too though still have to endure a morning stiffy (ooh er) no I don’t mean a hard on, I mean morning boob, am all stiff for about 5 minutes or so! Am still pretty much living in the macom as they tend to ache a little in the soft bras still if im up and about, but if in bed and wearing the soft bras.

I also got a little impatient and because i assumed I was a 32DD i went on ebay, saw a new with tags gorgeous top brand bra on there for the bargain price of 99p, thought why not, afterall i can re list it if it’s no good (was probably shoplifted anyway ) Anyway, it arrived yesterday, couldn’t wait to get it home and try it on, well, I would like to announce something I never ever thought I would say…………..

Post Op – Day 28 (4 Weeks) – NEW PICS ADDED FINALLY FOR YOUR PERVING PLEASURE!!!!!!!! )

OMFG!!!! Ron & Reg are 4 weeks old today, I’m a proud Mother, they’re growing so fast ;o)

So week 3 was a big turning point for me as life started to get back to normal, week 4 I may add has been even better, I no longer struggle with reversing the car, so there’s no more parking in between 2 spaces and getting sad acts tutting and waggling their fingers at me :o)

The aching has pretty much gone now too, I occasionally get the odd twinge and the odd stab moment in a boob but other than that, they’re getting there :o) I can also go long periods, all day at work, without the macom and wear my sports bras, I’m alternating days at the minute just to get them used to it ‘break them in’ as such! Boobies do stll have that slight sensitivity about them but hey, it’s only 4 weeks and it’s easing off by the day!

I’m still being very strict and spraying them with savlon wound wash in the morning and night and after I’ve had a bath or shower, I’m very much enjoying ‘washing’ again without worry!! No longer am I a festival washer, (all about the batiste dry shampoo, femfresh and wet wipes)

I’m still having to use the man to help me self tan (yes, still badly) but I think that’s more because I don’t want to over stretch just in case!!! Either that or I’ve just got lazy and enjoy him doing it hahaha I normally get a squeezed bum out of it too

My Morning Glories (Boob Stiffies) have got so much easier this week, and I’m lying completely flat again too, which is quite funny as I think I’m taking it to the extremes, I woke up this morning head on the mattress not pillows hahaha I think my back is rebelling for the torture I put it through in those first couple of weeks!!! :oD

Week 4 finally saw me getting some bloody action at long last too hahahaha woohoo!!! However it’s still gonna be a couple of weeks before I can let go, it’s quite funny telling your other half to “Not touch them” and “Try not to put your face in them” and “Dont make them jiggle too much” hahahaha so was hardly the passion filled romp fest we wanted but was a bloody relief for us both!! ahhhhhhhhh!!!

It’s also quite funny as the man’s eyes are on stalks when I whack them out, with his hands stretched in front of him in a “grab position” (Honk Honk) but trying to be careful (bless) so not to hurt me! I love the power Ron & Reg have given me with him hahahahaha I only have to whack them out and he’s pretty much hypnotised, rather like if you put a bag of chips in front of me really :oD hahaha

So after last week’s excitement of “MY BOOBS BEING TOO BIG FOR IT” I was naughty once again by “accidentally” popping into Ann Summers, La Senza, Boux Avenue and Primark!!! Oooops!

And though I still wont allow myself to get too excited as I’ve still got 2 weeks until the all clear with Dr. C, I appear to be 32DD/E – YES YOU READ THAT 32 BLOODY EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!! dependant on the shop or style of bra, I know for a fact in a balconette style “MY BOOBS ARE TOO BIG FOR DOUBLE D” and the E sizes fit great. In some stores in normal bras I can wear a DD but am an E in others, both sizes I’m more than happy with, just buggers up ordering over the internet as will need to always try on, never mind, such a problem I lurrrrve having!!!!!

Omg crampy, im 3weeks today n no exactly wot u mean by the action wiv yr fella, n it bein passionless so to speak. I had my first attempt at it 2 days ago,n I can tell u it was the worst session ever… My hands dint leave my boobs the whole time, as I dint wanna move them, n my bloke went at a snails pace so he dint hurt them! So frustrating. I think a sloths sex life has more movement n action atm! lol. Xxx

Well at day 10 we were almost boobie twins but now it’s official; your’s are definately fuller and rounder than mine so I now have serious boobie envy! I am happy for you tho hun 😉 They look fab! 😉 Now I do believe that your boobs may be too big for a 32dd bra and even a 32e bra as I am a 32dd/e and you are bigger than me, he hee! x
