I am 2weeks PO thinking of getting back to the gym at 3weeks PO and using the cross trainer to burn cals but hold the stationary handles.

Do you think this will be ok?

Did anyone actually excersie earlier than the recommended 6weeks and have problems/didnt have problems?

Pleaase help, no gym is killing me i tried on a dress I own last night and I looked liike an over stuffed sausage! (with a great pair of knockers tho)

I feel completely fine, no pain or tightness in my breasts anymore xxx

Honestly ya best waiting for 6 weeks Hun as although ya feel great it’s inside that’s still healing and ya dont wanna risk damaging them, I wouldn’t risk it, the pocket, wounds etc is still gonna be delicate hense why we have to wear sports bras etc once ya have ya check then ya can go for it xx sam xx

Also say ya did go the gym and damaged them it could mean ya needing another op which they might refuse to do if you’ve not taken there advise and if they did do it then it could be longer healing time and even longer with no exercise ya ain’t got long to wait so just relax maybe go on long walks or something it’s shit I know but ya paid good money for em so best to look after them xx sam x

i went back to the gym and 3.5 weeks po and just done small things like 10 min running 5 min on the stepper, a few abb excercises but nothing that involved using my chest or arms, by 6 weeks i was able to do most things like i did pre opp, 30 min cardio 30 min toning a day, i wouldnt recommend using a cross trainer yet because u use your armsxx

my surgeon said i could do steady exercise as soon as im not in pain. but no running or swimming for 6 weeks!! i asked if i could do a slow walk on an incline (to tone that ass of mine lol)and he said that be fine but not to tire myself or if there is pain, to stop! x
